Free shipping is extended to customers processing warranty exchanges. All Trim Daddy Trimmers come with a free three-year warranty! Again, for warranty information or questions, please contact support@trim-daddy.com

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for used products. If you have an unopened and unused product and would like to inquire about a return - please email support@trim-daddy.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
